Gluten-Free Baked Green Bean Fries with Sriracha Sauce

  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • ¼ t. smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ t. sriracha
  • 1 t. minced shallots
  • ½ t. smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ t. honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 425 F. Spray a baking sheet with oil. In a small bowl, add breadcrumbs, garlic powder and ¼ t. smoked paprika. Stir. Set aside. In another bowl, add eggs and whisk until combined. Dunk green beans in egg mixture and put in bread crumb mixture. Set coated green beans on baking sheet in single layer. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until crispy.
