Follow these to your pot o' gold for St. Patrick's Day
Create individual rainbows in cups for you and your friends to enjoy on St. Patrick’s Day.
These gelatin desserts are simple to make, but each layer has to set before you add the next layer. Make sure you start making it days before you want to eat it.
What you’ll need:• Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple gelatin
• Hot and cold water
• About 12 clear plastic cups
• RefrigeratorDirections:Make the red gelatin according to instructions on the box. Pour a small amount in the bottom of each clear glass (about one-sixth of the cup).
When the red gelatin has set (this will take hours or overnight), repeat using the orange gelatin.
Repeat with the yellow, green, blue and purple gelatins.
Once the final purple layer has set, you and your friends can enjoy your sweet treats.
If you wish, treat everyone to a gold foil-wrapped chocolate candy or “coin” after they finish their rainbow gelatin. (It’ll be just like finding “gold” at the end of the rainbow!)
